Additional users

You can create additional users to access your company account. These accounts can be provided, for example, for developers, for your technical specialist or business partner, and we can contact them directly via Scalesta and solve any issue.

How to add a user

  1. Tools → Add a new user.

  2. Fill user information.

  3. Tick Full access if you prefer to grant a full access for this user and click Ok.

Users menu will be available in your client area after that. So, you can manage your additional users there.
