Logging into MyCloud

Follow this link to MyCloud login screen, fill in the E-Mail address or AccountID (1⃣) and Password (2⃣) fields with your MyCloud credentials and click Login (3⃣). If an inserted data is correct, you will be successfully logged in to MyCloud.

Password reset

Click Forgot your password? (1⃣) to get to Reset Password screen

Insert your E-Mail Address (2⃣) and click Send Password Reset Link (3⃣)

Check your mailbox, click the Reset Password (4⃣) button from the Password Recovery email

Fill in your MyCloud E-Mail and password (5⃣) in the opened window and clock the Reset password (6⃣) button.

Done ✔ You can log in to MyCloud with your new password.

Password Changing

To change your MyCloud account's password go to your profile settings

insert your password and confirm it, then click Update.

Done ✔ You will receive new password at your MyCloud E-Mail.
