About¶

It helps to keep your project secure from hacker attacks and bots. Add-on has some checks and hardening features to help you improve the information security of your project. You can use the Advanced Security add-on to check the store core, modifications, integrations, third-party themes and apps, server configuration.

• CS-Cart security checks (settings, tweaks, configuration)
• Server security checks (PHP, MySQL, web server)
• Block security scanners and malicious crawlers, bad bots, and fake search bots (antibot)

Howto¶

You will find security check in the Settings => Security Checks and other settings in the add-on settings.

Most of the checks are self-explaining and give you suggestions about how to improve your store's security. Settings also have comprehensive notes and do not raise questions about security tuning.
